• Upon submission of your vendor application, expect to receive an email notification confirming “APPLICATION RECEIVED.” However, please note that this acknowledgment does not indicate approval for a vendor space.

        Approval for vendor spaces follows a “first-come, first-served” basis within each vendor category, until all spaces are taken. Kindly await the status update on your application after applying.

        For your convenience, please be aware of the following details:

        • Tables and Chairs are not included.
        • Each setup space is 10 x 10.
        • Only one business is allowed per vendor space.
        • Availability of electricity outlets is not guaranteed.
        • Water access is not available.
        • Vendor booth assignments will be made upon your arrival.

        FOOD VENDORS, DESSERT VENDORS & NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE VENDORS: You must provide a copy of your BUSINESS INSURANCE that accurately states your business name and lists Party Bites Kitchen Catering, LLC as the location.

        CBD VENDORS: A copy of your BUSINESS INSURANCE is necessary, clearly stating your business name and Party Bites Catering, LLC as the location.

        Additionally, it’s important to verify customer IDs during service.

        BARTENDERS (ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES): To participate, you need to submit a copy of your BUSINESS INSURANCE AND LICENSE with your accurate business name and Nashville Black Market as the location.

        Remember to check customer IDs while serving.

        FOOD TRUCKS: For Food Truck vendors, a copy of your BUSINESS INSURANCE & FOOD PERMIT is essential, listing your accurate business name and Nashville Black Market as the location.

        Ensure that you provide utensils, napkins, and a visible menu for customers. Clean up your area after the event concludes or when sold out.

        Prepare for high customer demand and long queues.

        Compliance with parking regulations is required on the event day. You must check in before occupying your assigned space.

        Display visible business signage at all times, including business name, product costs, and accepted payment methods.
